Recipe: Kale Chips

Heat oven to 400F. After rinsing and patting dry leaves, rip into bite sized pieces. In a bowl mix with olive oil and your choice of seasoning. Here we used some sun dried tomato salad dressing and they turned out great! Bake for five minutes or until crispy, but make sure to keep an eye on them b/c (as we learned) they burn fast.
