By the time I sat down to write this post, I had already eaten a giant bowl of my thrown-together BBQ Tuna Couscous. This recipe is extremely easy, healthy and chances are you already have all the ingredients in your pantry.
Ingredients:
– couscous
– chopped green onions
– 1 can of sliced mushrooms
– chopped kale
– 1 can of tuna
– soy sauce
– BBQ sauce
Fry up the green onions, kale, mushrooms and tuna (drained) in a frying pan until the onions are tender (approximately 7 minutes). Combine fried ingredients and cooked couscous into a large bowl. Mix in the soy sauce and BBQ sauce (as much or as little as you would like). Dish yourself out a big bowl and enjoy. Wasn’t that easy?
