Recipe: BBQ Turkey + Avocado Breakfast Sandwich

I’ve made this a couple times now and it never disappoints. This jazzed up breakfast sandwich will give you plenty of energy and nutrients. Start your day up right!

– two toasted slices of whole wheat bread
– one slice of Swiss cheese
– one fried or cut up boiled egg
– three slices of turkey deli meat
– sweet BBQ sauce
– lightly mashed avocado

Stack up your sandwich, cut in half and enjoy a true breakfast of champions.

  1. Oh yum!!! Made this for dinner – Was looking for something breakfasty and how I could incorporate our paprika peppered turkey. My 5 year old daughter does not like bbq sauce and she loved this concoction. Great recipe 🙂
